I haven't even started living here quite yet, but their service is top notch for the application process. I was helped by Eliza, they were able to get me all set up for an apartment within a week and a half. They are super responsive and definitely care about their tenants! I am so happy to have such a great experience with Foote Hills Apartments
Caitlyn was our tour guide and she did a phenomenal job helping us get a better understanding of pricing and what to expect with the apartments!

My wife and I lived at Foote Hills Estates for 4 years. Lisa (leasing agent) and Rob (maintenance) are great, I have nothing but words of praise for them both. I would see them on almost a daily basis and both were always courteous, friendly and genuine people. The manager Glen can be abrasive at times, but overall he does care about the complex. Rent was fair (although rising every year) and the homes and grounds were well maintained for the price point. I would recommend this complex for anyone looking for an apartment in the Cascade/Kentwood area.
Been living here for a few years now. Has been a solid place to stay overall. Steve the service manger here keeps the place well maintained! Always responds to work orders in a timely manner and gets the issue at the time resolved. You can tell Steve really cares for the property here
I only have praises for Foote Hills. Now this is not a brand new facility but certainly the quietness and near to conveniences stands out. Residents are long term people and community is nice and stable. Very safe for children and young kids. Management is very prompt and professional. At the same time it is located near to all the malls and groceries of the 28th streets that it is so convenient to get your stuff.
Have lived here for over 3 years now and could not be more satisfied. The staff has been great and has fixed anything we've asked for extremely quickly. Plus, as a bonus, they offer free breakfast (muffins and pastries) at the apartment office on weekdays with free coffee as well. The privacy is great as well...the apartments have only one in and out, which means not a lot of traffic and the neighbors have been pretty quiet.

I've lived in Foote Hills for a little over two years, and I've loved the experience. The staff is great - Leisa and Rob are fun, down to earth, and professional all at the same time. I've enjoyed every interaction with them. The grounds are very beautiful and I love living tucked away from the busy 28th Street. All in all, it's been a great experience!

I've lived in this apartment complex for three years and have had a great living experience, especially with the recent management improvements. After years, there's finally a management team that consistently responds—whether I call or visit the office, someone is always available to answer my questions.
The area is very safe, clean, and located in a great neighborhood. My building has been calm and quiet, which I truly appreciate. Recently, they upgraded the windows and sliding doors and also renewed the asphalt.
