Everyone that's complaining about the new Owners as of October, yall need to stfu, yall seriously have no idea the extent the previous owners went through to NOT PAY ANYTHING EXCEPT POCKET RENT MONEY. They let everything defunct, they let apartments crumble except for the ones they REDID FOR THE PURPOSE OF SELLING THE PROPERTY TO AN UNSUSPECTING BUYER. The Pervious owners deleted all maintenance files and basically locked them out of the system, leaving them with only how much rent is for the apartments. Yes, i get yall have been having problems for ages but seriously, yall need to give these new people time or else yall will look like a community not worth saving. Im sure yall'd rather we get pink slips and told to vacate cause this place NEEDS to be bulldozed and start anew. Right? đŸ™„ Or would you rather work with people who SEE THE POTENTIAL in this property? Ive had hot water off, I've had leaks like the rest of yall but if you would TALK to these people and understand THEIR SIDE then we can all smile as things get fixed around here. Not sure if yall knew but it takes time and A BOAT LOAD OF MONEY to repair what the previous owners left to rot, i mean look at that back pool and tell me with a straight face that THEY weren't checked out. :/

I moved in on April 1st and from the beginning of my application process until the day I moved in the staff was wonderful. I love my two bedroom 2 bath. It is very spacious. I would recommend anyone to try the Star Club apartments
