I called Parkway 301 home for 4 years, and being situated in the heart of downtown Roanoke, you have everything that you need at your disposal. Restaurants, parking, and the energy of downtown on a quiet, tree lined street. The management is unparalleled, and addresses any issues that you may have immediately. If you're looking for a great apartment in downtown Roanoke, Parkway 301 is in a league of it's own, and the unobstructed view from the top floor is pretty incredible!
