Apex has been a great home for me and my family. Very respectful people up front and honest. They work with you if you have problems. They are also fast on maintenance calls. Love the place and would definitely refer people here

My time with Apex apartments was really good. Never wanted to leave ! Any grievance I had that was fixable, they addressed & took care of it. All the front office staff was great! Thank you guys for always being so kind! …maintenance staff, you guys always broke my personal stuff! Never understood why. So my experience with them.. not great! Aside from that, honestly everything was good. Do I recommend… most definitely!! If I ever move back I’d definitely come back to this place
Of all of the places I have lived in San Antonio since i moved here I can honestly say that Apex is the first one that truly feels like home to me.
While it is a bit of an older complex it has been well maintained and though issues can sometimes arise from time to time (as with any building), the maintenance staff is very fast and capable. They have resolved any issues I have had since living here within 1-2 business days of me submitting a ticket.
Despite its close proximity to Blanco (a major road) road noise and traffic in the complex is minimal. This is largely thanks to the fact that the complex is on a side street, rather than directly off Blanco, and the large number of trees that fill the complex.
Speaking of which, all of the trees in the complex help increase a sense of privacy and cut down noise as well as add a sense of natural beauty to the complex. This combined with the proximity to Hardberger park has made Apex an ideal complex for me as someone who likes to get outside and regularly goes on walks, runs, and bike rides in the park and Salado Creek Greenway.
Ultimately, I have found Apex to be a wonderful, peaceful, and beautiful community to be a part of, and I am happy to have found a home here. The only real complaint I have is that I would love to see the gym, which I use almost daily, better equipped. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to live, close enough to be convenient to everything, but set just off the path enough to be peaceful and verdant, I would recommend seriously considering Apex.
I’ve lived here at Apex (formerly Blanco Crossing) for almost 10 years and my daughter also lived here from 2013-2018. The office staff has always been extremely helpful (with one exception of new staff that came in for a short time in 2017-thank gosh they were not here long!) and my maintenance requests have always been addressed promptly. Our maintenance staff are simply amazing and our manager and office staff are extremely helpful and accommodating especially when I needed some work done in my apartment. I upgraded to a 2 bedroom about 5 years ago and per the usual make ready, my counters were refinished. The person who was contracted to do the work (by previous management) did an absolutely horrible job. Within a month of moving in, the grey finish was coming off revealing the former black countertops underneath. It looked just awful ! I work from home and work ALL the time so refinishing them after move in was impossible due to the fumes and mine and my grandson’s breathing issues. I had a planned trip out of state for a few days and the new management went above and beyond to have the refinishing scheduled for the time that we wouldn’t be here. The workers that did the refinishing did a phenomenal job and even took care to cover and wrap my furniture ! Yes I have a camera and yes I was watching them (haha) and they were extremely professional and my new white countertops look amazing ! I also love the valet trash service offered, my fenced in patio as well as the balcony off of my bedroom. Also the 2 bedrooms here are bi-level and huge ! I lucked out when I upgraded and was able to move in to my daughter’s former apartment, so my grandson who now lives with me even has his old bedroom back ! I HIGHLY recommend Apex Apartments and I personally plan on continuing to remain a resident here for a very long time.
Some nice things have been happening over the last few months. I needed repairs for quite some time and they finally got fixed with the new Manager Kelly. She took the time to sit down with me and discuss my concerns and then scheduled my repairs. I am loving my apartment and the customer service that was given to me. I am also happy to see the activities that are happening, drawings, food trucks give aways. I plan on renewing my lease.
I love this complex, the staff is incredibly friendly, maintenance works quick and efficiently, getting a lease was an easy process and the complex is always clean.

I have recently moved in and I am very happy with the decision I’ve made. The application process was easy with the management team we have. Esmeralda and Tina are amazing with assisting you every step of the way and making sure they can accommodate to everything you are looking for in a apartment. Shoutout to our maintenance staff who assists with the requests in a short matter of time and makes the tenants needs a priority. And the best part of this complex is all the residents are quiet and respectful of each other’s privacy here at Apex. Can’t say that about many places. I look forward to enjoying my time here.

Living here was amazing! My roomie and I would have stayed indefinitely, but due to the renovations, upgrading to a needed 2-bed was out of our budget. The office staff was always courteous and genuine, and the maintenance was FAST! The manager Tina went above and beyond when I forgot to sign our month-to-month notice and allowed us to stay two extra weeks in order to get our move-out affairs in order despite already having leased the apartment to someone else. She totally didn't have to do that, but it goes to show you that the team at Apex really cares about you. Depending on where in the complex you live parking can be a little sparse if you work late and come home past 1AM but the amazing attention to residence needs/comfort made up for it and then some. It is a very quiet complex.. nobody acting stupid, and the grounds and amenities are kept in good shape at all times. I will definitely miss that complex, and will probably move back one day when I finish school and land a better-paying job.
