I have been there for 5 years. I first was in phase two on the top corner in the back. I loved the view and the size of the apartment. During my stay at phase one, Glenn did try to please everyone. We had community functions. (Movie nights, game days, showing off championship games, super bowl game nights, and Snowed in events). My time in phase two was good as well. I was there two years. Glenn also did a great job managing these two buildings and trying to build more buildings. We also had community events. During my time in phase two we unfortunately had a fire broke out. I was one of the first people that was there and reported to maintenance. Glenn made sure the residence got out safety as well checking on their four legged friends making sure they was ok. This place is great for singles as well as couples or newlyweds. I probably wouldn't recommend this to family that's had kids due to its size but I'm surely it can be easily manageable. The location is great. Walking distance to anything downtown or just drop a $5 Uber ride. Also if you have any issues of paying rent on time Glenn will work with you without any penalty. But I only was a few days late a couple of times, I can't speak on being month/2 but I'm sure if you tell them in detail he will work with you. I do believe here as well, they have one of the best relax pet restrictions. Overall this is a good place to live.

I have been living here for a little over a year now. Even before I lived here I have always had a good relationship with the property management here as I run a small elevator museum and before they gutted the old building allowed me to salvage an elevator button panel that otherwise would have been thrown away. Anyway, now with my experience living here, it has been amazing. The building is very quiet and clean. The apartments are very energy efficient. My electric bill is never over 70$ a month. The maintenance staff here is amazing as every issue I have had has been promptly resolved. Not to mention they are very friendly! Also the pricing here is more than fair. The units are very well laid out and I feel the price I am paying per month is very competitive. I plan on calling this great apartment complex home for a long time! They have a nice Schindler elevator as well!
