I would recommend this place to anyone. Maintenance requests were promptly handled within 1-2 business days (especially when my A/C unit went out in the beginning of July, very much appreciated the quickness!). Management was great, very communicative about snow removal/construction. The complex is generally quiet and most importantly, safe. I always felt safe when walking around at night, which is huge when looking for a cheap place to live. Yes, the buildings are old and the appliances are outdated. However, the pricing reflects this and everything works all the same.

I have lived at Shadow Green for about 3 years now, and I love it here. The staff are very friendly and issues are taken care of immediately. If I have an issue, it is resolved by the time I get home. Paying rent online is easy and straight forward. The grounds are well kept and the hallways are kept clean. I’ve had three different neighbors and I am never bothered with any noise or rudeness. The only complaint I have is that the summers can get humid on the third level and though the living room stays cool enough, the bedroom can get a little hot. But heat is free in the winter, so can’t complain about that! Overall a lovely place to live!
