I have talked to residents and have been told the air quality in the building is very bad. There is mold everywhere, the ceiling by the stairs is open showing rotten pipes. There is a door that has a metal bar hanging and has not been fixed. Restroom toilets rot over time, maintenance doesn’t do there job and cancels my request. If I had to put a rating I would put negative 5 stars. I do not recommend living in this unsafe property. Everyone I have met (neighbors) told me they moved out due to the unsafe conditions and nastiness in these units. AGAIN DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!!

If i could put a negative review I most definitely would, these white apartments are nothing but unsafe and dangerous. There is black mold on the walls that they cover up, if you are looking for a good home I do not recommend this place. They will make up excuses and not do there job when we request maintenance. We have talked to past residents that moved out due to the unsafe conditions. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
