The is a shared laundry room is at the bottom of the stairs, it is coin/card operated and private for this housing complex. Private off-street parking for this unit, accessed by the alleyway. The duplex was built in 1984, and is located near the Olympic Training Center, downtown, and Memorial Park. Owner pays for water, sewer and trash. The tenant is responsible for electricity and gas.
