The property management team is amazing, they keep work orders flowing in a quick and efficient manner. Area is super clean and quiet, I could not have been happier with the experience I had here for the last 2 years. My last week there I was super stressed out, I called the office and asked if I could change my inspection date. The management team calmly talked to me, and asked if I was needing to stay an extra night. Then did everything they could to make sure we were all taken care of and made the move out day so much easier

I was lucky enough to stumble upon this apartment complex after having awful experiences with Investment Realty. Its located conveniently outside the West gate of Ft. Leonard Wood. Marcie and Dennis made sure tenants were followed up after interactions at the office. Maintenace team were a dope group of people who got requests done in a timely manner. If I ever came back in the area, I would live here again or at least in the area/neighborhood.
