We are pleased to offer a large 1 bedroom apartment at 1809 S. Arlington Rd., Akron OH 44306. Very close to Highways 77 and 224, the Firestone Golf Course and on major bus routes. Size of the apartment is just over 600 sq. ft. Apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, full bathroom and a nice sized bedroom with a large closet and window a/c unit. COSTS: 1. Rent is $750 per month. Security Deposit is $750 as well. 2. Utilities: Tenants will pay their own electric. Landlord is responsible for water/sewer, maintenance, trash removal and snow plowing. 3. $30 Application Fee which is basically the Background screening check. 4. PLEASE: No Pets allowed. REQUIREMENTS: All applicants over 18 years must complete a $30 Credit, Criminal and Eviction Screening. Tenancy decision will be based on a combination of the following criteria: 1. A minimum of 2.5 times verifiable household income compared to the property's rent. 2. MOST EMPHASIS WILL BE BASED ON YOUR CREDIT AND CRIMINAL HISTORY. A. Credit history includes timely payments, delinquencies, number of collections, past judgments, no evictions and no bankruptcies in the last 5 years. B. Criminal background: No drug related felonies, no sexual predators and no crimes against children. No felonies or imprisonment for felonies within the past 10 years.
