Welcome to 147 Georgetown Road, Unit C, it's a big 2 Bedroom unit that has just been completely renovated. No expense was spared and the pictures prove it. It has beautiful new hardwood floors and stainless appliances. The bathroom was redone with an oil rubbed bronze faucet and a gorgeous new vanity and mirror. The master bedroom has big his and hers walk in closets. Of course, everything was just freshly painted. This apartment even has its own private laundry room with a high end Fisher and Pakel washing machine. The building sits just around the corner from Black Hawk golf course, in Chippewa PA. We only use top of the line products like Moen, Koehler and Anderson windows, the results speak for themselves. The building is nestled in a tranquil country setting, but it is just a short 15 minutes drive to the Shell cracker plant. It's only 3 minutes to the best schools in Beaver county; Blackhawk. Get away from the hustle and bustle of work and enjoy some peace and rest in your all new completely updated place. We only rent to highly qualified candidates; we check into a person's background thoroughly and as a result we get great people who tend to stay with us for years. Each unit has its own private entrance and private parking. We work with pre-qualified applicants only, send us an email expressing interest and we will send you a list of questions to answer and send back to us. In order to qualify, you need good credit, verifiable income/employment and a clean criminal history. Unit C is $949 per month. Available April 29, 2020.
