I have lived at the Edge for the last 7 months and it's been an awesome experience, I was worried it won't be kid friendly but my kids love it here! Maria, Annie and Lisa are amazing! Maintenance issues are resolved within hours. Once I had a neighbour constantly playing extremely loud music and Maria and Annie were so quick to reach out to the neighbour and it was resolved. On the 3rd/4th of July we had an internet outage due to the tornado/storm and Annie and Maria made sure to keep us updated and worked tirelessly till it was sorted being that it was a holiday. Thanks for being an amazing Mgt team

I was an Intern in Louisville this past summer for GE Appliances and this was the only place that could accommodate my needs for what I was looking for in a community. The location was absolutely fantastic right downtown. It has all the amenities you could ask for and it was very clean. What made this place so great for me was the lovely ladies (Lisa, Annie, Mariah) in the leasing office who went above and beyond to help someone like me. When I was searching for places and stumbled upon this apartment, Lisa called me on her personal cell via FaceTime to show me what I was getting myself into and did a virtual tour for me when she didn’t have to. They helped me get all situated and moved in and even gave me rides when my car wasnt working. I could not have been happier with my experience in Louisville, and living here was truly a blessing for me. I recommend The Edge on 4 to anyone searching for a new place to live or moving into the city of Louisville, and may be back myself.
