This large 1-Bedroom unit includes a modern kitchen with energy efficient stainless-steel appliances, ample storage space, laminate wood flooring, and modern fixtures. Provided with each unit is basic cable and internet capabilities (free of charge), a stackable washer and dryer, and a private outdoor balcony (select units offer patio door rather than balcony). ONYX offers a fitness center, a pet spa and community room for our residents to enjoy. All landscaping, snow removal, and maintenance requests are handled by our property staff. Our properties are also pet friendly with a nonrefundable fee and monthly pet rent.
