I have had a very positive experience living here. The staff is helpful, always available to answer questions, and address concerns competently and professionally--even when they are not on duty. They never make you feel unwelcomed. They go out of their way to find solutions to any issues, all while being courteous and kind. I had a particular issue with my rental and they went through a great deal of hassle and paperwork to make sure my needs were met. I am very happy I chose to live here, and recommend it. If you are looking for a place where management makes your comfort a top priority, look no further. This place has very nice rentals and dedicated staff to meet your hopes for a home, all while being nearby to the hustle and bustle of the city.
I received such a warm welcome to Bancroft Apartments! Mitch and his co worker that was in training were so helpful to me! They even stayed late to wait for me so I could get my keys! I feel like I’ve known them for years! I am so excited to be living at Bancroft Apartments during my Travel Nursing Assignment in Saginaw! I highly recommend Bancroft Apartments ! Such a warm and welcoming vibe! I love it!

The Bancroft Property Manager has done a fantastic job throughout the viewing of the apartments through the signing of the lease. Her level of professionalism, knowledge, and expertise cannot be beat. She is able to answer any and all questions throughout the process and is very timely in responding to emails.

The staff was incredibly professional, caring, and enthusiastic throughout the whole process of applying and renting. When I got in to the building for the first time I was greeted so warmly. Mitch was amazing in helping me set up! I am loving my apartment here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bancroft to anyone staying in the area!

Amy is the most amazing leasing agent. She helped me with a very difficult request. She availed herself endlessly to make sure that our move in to the Bancroft had no issues. If you need an apartment or any arrangements concerning the Bancroft, Amy is your go to person. I am very pleased with my experience here.

I've lived here for about 6 months, and it's been a delight so far! Staff is kind and helpful, maintenance is quick and responsive, and the facilities are very nice. Safe building, quiet neighbors, good water pressure... what more could you ask for?
If your apartment faces Washington or Genesee, the traffic noise may be loud, but I've actually enjoyed listening to it. I was able to watch a parade from my bedroom window a few months ago!
Fantastic apartment, really safe and quiet.
Wonderful staff, always quick to respond to any issues and very nice and kind. The manager and leasing agent are truly wonderful people who worked hard to make my experience here fantastic. The maintenance guys were also really helpful as well.
Faculties were excellent and kept clean, including the laundry room and fitness center.
Also, they definitely had the best coffee around for miles!
