I have had a very positive experience living here. The staff is helpful, always available to answer questions, and address concerns competently and professionally--even when they are not on duty. They never make you feel unwelcomed. They go out of their way to find solutions to any issues, all while being courteous and kind. I had a particular issue with my rental and they went through a great deal of hassle and paperwork to make sure my needs were met. I am very happy I chose to live here, and recommend it. If you are looking for a place where management makes your comfort a top priority, look no further. This place has very nice rentals and dedicated staff to meet your hopes for a home, all while being nearby to the hustle and bustle of the city.

I received such a warm welcome to Bancroft Apartments! Mitch and his co worker that was in training were so helpful to me! They even stayed late to wait for me so I could get my keys! I feel like I’ve known them for years! I am so excited to be living at Bancroft Apartments during my Travel Nursing Assignment in Saginaw! I highly recommend Bancroft Apartments ! Such a warm and welcoming vibe! I love it!
