Unprofessional staff. Very nice to you when you move in and completely ignore you once you sign the lease.

Somehow, the staff deems these closet doors acceptable for my apartment and refuses to install the 2nd closet door that completely cover our belongings inside. We have half closet doors for 3 doors that are missing the 2nd door that goes on the back rail. I tried to address this issue to staff multiple times and finally got a response that was not helpful at all. They stated that "we were told about half doors upon move in", but in fact we were never told. Also stated they will not be adding a 2nd door to complete the closets. Our screen door locked us in on 2 different occasions where we had to get out through the window. It's very unfortunate because we really love this apartment and its location. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. I just wish they actually cared about our concerns and addressed them to make our stay here comfortable. For that, I have to only give 1 star.
