Entire application process was quick and easy. The staff communicated with me the entire way through. When i moved in my unit was perfect. No complaints. The complex is very quiet and clean. I know its summer time and the wasp, bees and everything else are out and busy but i love the fact that there are no hives just building up In the stairwells. Everything was perfect and made my move in so easy and not stressful at all.

We're coming up on 8 years living at Camden Spring Creek which says a lot on its own. Early on, we decided that if we ever relocated, we would seek out another Camden property based on how awesome they are here. Maintenance is spot-on. John is an incredible manager of his team. He's always quick with a joke and I believe has been with this community since it was built. His pride in it shows. I love them all. Ricardo especially is so kind, and gentle and helps explain things in a way you can understand. The management are very professional and I feel like our privacy is important to them. Cara, the assistant manager, has been here just as long as John. Earlier this year, I started falling out of love with living here. I met with the manager. He took notes, listened to my thoughts and came up with ideas to make living here awesome again. The best part is that he followed through on his promises within a week. Regarding Harvey... As soon as the water receded, there were honestly 30-40 people starting work, the next day, even more. They did awesome on rehabbing the affected apartments, no sloppy shortcuts. I really wish accessing the bike/hike trails in The Woodlands was easier. We checked out other complexes actually on the bike trails, but for the large apartment we have, and all the other perks...2 minutes and you are on the freeway,... We're staying. Update: Still at Camden for now. When our lease ends, I am not sure what we will do. It's definitely a younger vibe here. That is both good and bad. I like the youthful, more loving and accepting people but not the dogs and irresponsibility that seem to come with it.
