Silver Oaks maintenance team has always been friendly, timely and consistent. I had trouble with a difficult issue with my washing machine, Sam made sure that it was fixed and spent several hours repairing it while keeping me updated with the progress while I was at work. Anytime I ever need anything, they get the job fixed right away. Very pleased.

Had a wonderful experience touring this complex! Sam guided us through the units and gave all information needed in an easy and clear way helping us to move forward in our rental process! 10/10 recommend!
