We moved in this past fall and are in love with our apartment and experience living here! We would live here as long as we can. The manager is so friendly and helpful I couldn’t ask for a better person to go to for all that we need! It is the best view in town and perfect for beach access and those that like to surf and enjoy the board walk out front. The community is friendly and welcoming. Also the 2 bed apartments are spacious and feel like town homes - hardly any noise and a ton of privacy. Highly recommend living here!!

I've really enjoyed living at this beautiful gated property directly on the promenade in Ventura. A few steps to the beach, fairgrounds, pier and a short walk downtown which makes it very convenient. Shari, the property manager helped us move here from Germany and was with us every step of the way, making it so much easier for us compared to other properties where you are treated like a number and maybe never have contact to a person. Shari is respectful, kind, caring and understanding of the residents' needs. Adrian who is helping on the grounds is also great. Together they make a great team- taking care of the residents. Don't forget the pool and surfing- making it the perfect place to stay!
