I have read the reviews and there is more good than bad, which shows me that they are trying to clean this complex, I have talked to LaDean and Regina and they are very friendly walking thought the door. I have seen 2 units and they look really well kept. The grounds look clean and well manicured. I will be moving forward with my application and look forward to being a part of The Enclave of West Richland

The location is good and not too far from inner city which is perfect for me and they gave me a good rundown on the apartment. No place you stay in is going to be perfect solid, you can always find a reason to say something. Saying that, I have no issues and they made sure to not check me for anything that was there before I moved in. Great place and nice staff!
