My experience with Adrian was phenomenal to say the least. I am displaced from the hurricanes Helene and Milton. Adrian was very compassionate and understanding. He even recommended a different apartment than the one I chose because he understood my need to see the water and knew I would be missing it at home. As a bilateral above knee amputee and paraplegic in a wheelchair, we discuss as the accessible options as well as my reasonable accommodation request. I can’t say enough about the grounds and amenities. I am surprised there are any apartments available. Blessed to have found my new home. Thank you Seazen and Adrian!

Adrian is amazing!! Super knowledgeable and very responsive. We toured a bunch of apartments in various areas of Tampa and St. Pete, but nothing came close to Seazen for us. So happy with our place and many thanks to Adrian for making it all possible!
