Before we move here me and my amazing wife would come to visit the area often because we love the atmosphere. We had a desire to live in Berkshire because of the location and the beautiful apartments that they offer . Now we are living here we are very grateful for all thinks we can see and appreciate like seeing the birds every morning and sunset in our balcony. The employees is so helpful and sweet with us. They are always attentive with all our needs. Thank you all so very much!!! I love my wonderful wife for giving me the idea of moving here!!!

We retired and moved into Berkshire Village District six months ago and love the location. Walking to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores is amazing. Last night we drove 5 blocks to attend the Women's Basketball game at NCSU - so much to do in the area! The office and maintenance folks are great - very friendly and great response time. This is the perfect place for us and love the view from our balcony - it's like living in a resort!
