We lived here from 2018-2021. For the most part, we had no issues. New management was a good improvement. We often saw the owner around, and he was a nice guy. Rose is always sweet and welcoming. The only issue was that during winter, people would try to sneak in smoking within the building. Of course, measures were taken, and they were evicted, which we're thankful for. We only moved due to my husband job relocation.

Great place if you are looking for a lot of space! 1 bedroom has huge living room and walk in closet that is attached to bathroom and master bedroom. Nicole has always made sure we get maintenance or other questions taken care of or answered right away. Very friendly nice place to live.
