Lynn and her team have been doing an amazing job over here. They have cleaned up the entire property and it really shows. New outdoor bbqs look amazing (great job Allen) and the new fitness center is going to be really nice! The new leasing office/clubhouse is exactly what a modern building should look like. Well done! Lynn, Margie and Makaela are friendly and very professional. If you are looking to rent I would highly recommend stopping in and checking this place out.

I am in the process of applying for an apartment..I just wanted to say that whether or not I become a resident, that the office staff, especially Rachel, has been nothing but kind and helpful. After touring a few properties in kennewick, it is refreshing to deal with the Arlo staff. The grounds were very nice, clean..loved the new landscaping too. Thank you for being so professional.
