Maravilla is a good place to live. Overall they have great customer service and care about residents safety. They are always informative about any upcoming events and offer help with their resident programs they have. Rent is pretty cheap compared to other places. Would recommend for people who don’t mind a great place for a decent rent price. Thanks Maravilla keep up the good work specially office ladies ms Yajaira , Ericka & Natalie they are great !!!

I have lived at the Maravillas since 2012 there's no other home my sons have ever known. We stay because management makes sure it the apartment complex feels safe to live, by fixing any problems we might have with maintenance right away and and being friendly and helpful! The rent is at a great price for a large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Good friendly neighborhood for small children with good near by schools. Highly recommend Living here.
