Very nice apartments, with multiple complexes. The remodeling work that was done on my unit is amazing. Ive lived here for some time and I have no complaints from me. The management team is always nice and are willing assist with any concerns promptly. Keep up the great work!!

As I Resident at wingate apartments for almost a year now I will say my experience has been nothing less than great. The maintenance team is efficient and does repairs in a timely manner. Along with the amazing and kind staff in the office . I went through a hard time and got a little behind on my rent and they worked with me and were very patient . Definitely am enjoying my residency here.

I had to submit a righteous review based on a clear conscious; my first posts was a bit anxious cause I was just so stressed out, and my second post was based on the property coming to a solution which was great! But! I don’t want the solution to be the reason why I would submit a good report although the fact the property manager Ms. Veal did work with me does add points to why I am going to post this review. Overall Wingate Apartments is a very nice community; the remodeling is a total win for me since I don’t have to worry about hassling too much with the upkeep; the remodeling is efficient which is just right for someone like myself who is now working major overtime to correct my rental issue from last month; the last thing I want to do is hassle with carpeting, so the panel flooring is perfect and so is the dishwasher unit; they are perfect! Plus the apartments are located in a great location; everything you need is within walking distance, and other areas you may need is within the bus route. The Office Manager… She’s strict, and I’m sure I get why; there’s no telling what she’s had to endure before I moved in, and in speaking with her, I can tell she is into her position and all she wants to do is to maintain a level of quality of tenants that dwells on the premises under her watch; she does see to the overall efficiency of providing oversight for the property and its tenants which is what any professional office manager should do; her personality can seem standoff - ish at times, but when you’re strictly business, you got to maintain a level of control of your emotional state to make the most business sensible decisions and so far, my stay at Wingate has been nothing less than great so whatever she’s doing, it’s working. I wish I could meet the owner to personally express my appreciation for his genius of the remodels; very well thought out, the month to month lease option though, not a true fan of that because there’s an element that’s not secure; you feel every month you’re in danger of being evicted and that’s nerve racking; especially when it’s obvious that if you’re going to live anywhere, you just got to pay the rent, but if I’m going to stay there, might as well deal right? And there are tenants there who have been there for years and they’ve managed, so hey! I get it. Overall though my experience at Wingate has been great, no super huge issues, I had a little maintenance tiff, but the response was quick and met with care, thanks Rico! Overall Wingate gets nothing but a great review from me; if you’re seeking a home to match your busy way of life, check out Wingate Apartments :)
