Let’s just say at this very moment Kenny M Sanon is the best of all time this is my first apt and he has helped me day in and day out communication is out of this world he was also easy to talk to he helped me by answering all my questions I had. He is the one to put me into my very first apt as well as they work and push for you to move in just as much as you want to. Awesome just awesome

I haven’t had a place to call my own, to actually call home, In years. I’ve apartment searched from time to time but have often got discouraged because nobody would give me a chance with my eviction of 5 years ago. I had heard of The Caden, even drove past it a few times, but I never actually considered it an option. I didn’t want it to be something I missed out on so I decided to stop by one day and get some info. I was greeted immediately with smiles and promptly assisted. All the units had been remodeled and the photos where unbelievable. I was offered to view a unit and I couldn’t deny. When I enter I was completely blown away by how nice it was. New carpet, brand new appliances, a home system you can operate from your phone. I thought living here would be impossible for me. The young man who assisted me, leasing specialist Kenny Sanon, took the most possible care of me even being aware of my 5 year old mis-hap. He spoke with respect, kept me knowing of every move, and proved true my beliefs of him being extremely kind hearted and trust worthy. Kenny had me moved in within 2weeks and my unit looked just as beautiful as the one he showed me the first time I came by. If you ever find yourself in West Orlando looking for an apartment, stop by The Caden and speak to Kenny, I guarantee your search will stop there.
