I have lived in Woodcreek in Downey from November 2004 to September 2022 and I became the longest-serving tenant in the entire community. I lived there for so many years because I felt very comfortable, the apartments are comfortable and spacious, everything is landscaped and with walkways, so if you like to walk you don't even have to leave the community, on the other hand Woodcreek is in the north of the city and it is a very safe and quiet area, and I can say that in all the years I lived there I only remember one minor incident with police presence, on the other hand there is a security guard patrolling all night. I hope to return very very soon to live there again.
