Moved here because of the competitive price, the fireplace, the two pools, the fitness center and it is much closer to work. The staff here are professionials; being friendly, supportive and hard working. Must tell you all more: Everything started meeting Cristal (leasing consultant) who was very joyful showing me a unit I was interested in. Then back at their office, Marquitta (assistant manager) help guided me online to apply. When the time came, final approval was given by the property manager, June. I was grateful. Later when I moved in, found some minor problems which after reporting was immediately given to maintenence by Nohelia. Cristine also helped me with signing and navigation on the Residences of West Mint website. Having nice rooms to rent is one thing but having a loving staff to look out for me is a must and needed.

Moved here in September 2023, and the staff are super wonderful. It was my first move and they helped make it smooth as possible. Whenever I need help or repairs, send a request and it’s completed within the same week!!! I had an emergency one night and they rushed and fixed my issues and kept in touch til it was completely resolved. The area is super quiet. Friendly. And just overall a nice place to live at and I’m glad I chose it.

I have been living here since November. It was very easy to lease here I had no problems at all! Marquitta was very kind and hands on with us during the signing of the lease and she even took her time and went through it with us to ensure we fully acknowledge the agreements. She let us view the apartment twice before making a decision as well as genuinely gave us time to think about it. They also gave us a paper to fill out that you put any damages that you find in the apartment once moving in because sometimes you just overlook things when you're very excited and gave us ample time to fill it out. Once moving in we have had no issues with our apartment and it is very clean, no mold was found and very few damages were found (they were very minor like crayon markings in the creases of the door nothing a magic eraser cannot fix) It's a clean community and it is pet friendly. While walking around the neighborhood to explore my new area I saw they have pet stations of poop bags and a trashcan so dog owners can clean after themselves, keep a clean community and nobody steps in dog poop. While taking a night stroll to see how the night time life is I saw that they also refill these stations to ensure keeping a clean community. As someone who is hyper aware of their surrounding I notice that the residents are very friendly and non-confrontational. It's very quiet and everyone keeps to themselves unless they are greeted by a hello or a smile. I will absolutely be renewing here. Also a big one is THERE ARE NO GUNSHOTS very safe environment for kids, I see them outside playing all the time and they don't engage in property destruction either. There's a Harris Teeter across the street that does not close until 11PM for when you need to start dinner late due to working long hours or even forget that one ingredient you need to finish dinner. They have a lot of amenities such as pools you can grill at or lounge around at to get out for a bit, a gym and a children's playground. My apartment also came with a built in alarm system that works perfectly so when I travel I don't have to worry about anyone breaking in. The apartments are very close to a police station as well. This was a perfect choice as my first solo apartment.
