I had an overall good living experience here. The pool is great for the summer. The parking lot add-on is definitely worth the investment.

Whether or not it's relevant, I am currently disabled and in a wheelchair. I had very promising initial experiences at Adler Annex/Adler Frame--they were communicative, sent me pictures/videos, and were very flexible with a tour (which enabled me to make the trip from where I'm currently staying about four hours away). I had a great tour around the property, found a near-perfect, beautiful loft. I was told by the leasing agent that the unit wouldn't be shown to anyone else, and she'd give me a few days to think it over. A day and a half later, I got a text asking me if I wanted to hold the unit. I answered "yes." two hours later. Then I got a text saying that they had rented the loft to someone who had applied one hour earlier. The leasing agent blamed their corporate owners. It was a very hurtful experience. So, what kind of owner steamrolls a disabled person to get money one hour earlier? That doesn't seem like the kind of property management you'd want around if you had a broken pipe or a busted furnace in the winter. Does it?
