Brittany Young is PHENOMENAL. She is always available to talk to, pleasant, informative, and a genuinely honest and sweet young lady. We looked at other places in the area that are comparable in quality and pricing, but they don't have a Brittany! She really deserves consideration and appreciation for all of the effort she gives every day. When she talks about the property, she always says "WE" which makes people understand that she is part of the community she serves. That is top-tier customer service! Edited to add: There were a few hiccups with the unit during move in, but communication with management and maintenance has been extremely open and receptive. Philip goes the extra mile to not only determine the issue, he also provides a timeline for repairs that are accurate and precise. Philip is extremely professional and explanatory! I cannot say enough about how wonderful the dedicated staff is, they really are here for you. Ps: A big thank you to Kim for helping us get the paperwork done!
