Moved to AZ from PA and had a few options that I was looking at prior to the move. Out of the gate Janet and John were extremely receptive to the immense amount of questions I had about the area, the community, and the overall cross country move. Leading up to my flight they continued to show efficiency in getting the paperwork and general move-in items handled accordingly prior to me arriving. Since I was arriving with a pet this made it that much easier to get right into the unit with no fuss or hassle on paperwork. The unit itself despite having a short turn-over time was in near perfect move-in condition. I call this out again because the property only had a few days to accommodate due to a perfect storm of staffing and previous tenant delays. The unit and community are exactly as was described to me while I was still in PA and I couldn't be happier to call this my new home. Short and sweet... Janet and John absolutely worked tirelessly to ensure I had a smooth move-in and it was noticed. Highly recommend the community and the close access to downtown Gilbert is a premium that isn't charged for enough.

I’m so glad Marisa took over. Management before was very rude. She wouldn’t help me even after hours. She was in the office still and she told me “closed, been closed” and shut the door in my face. Marisa truly cares for the community and goes above and beyond. This is our first time in an apartment and since she’s taken over it’s been such a breeze to get things fixed around the apartment. Totally recommend renting here! Wouldn’t go rent anywhere else. The location is great, not that much activity which is great knowing it’s near downtown Gilbert. P.S not saying things go bad in the apartment, saying just because I have crazy kids, you know how that goes. Overall she’s amazing! Thanks always Marisa.
