Very nice, quiet location. However, as the rents continue to rise the quality of life deteriorates at a similar pace. The units are largely worn and tired. There is very little concern for the tenant by either the realty trust or the management company which takes a minimalist, quick fix approach to everything, and is rather careless with tenants' rents and deposits. After 5+ years here I'll probably move on in the next year or two.
