Decent to my experience in 2022-2023. All documents/queries were presented/answered/attended well. Leasing office is trying to get hold of electric vehicle chargers, meanwhile we can use the charging station near to Dog park, available in Avalon parking space. The housekeeping, maintenance team are better here and attentive. And security installations for entering the building is classy.
