Well, they increased our rent by over $100 after our first year lease ended. We will be paying nearly $300 more for our last month because we are month to month now. You get one parking spot that's often taken up by someone that doesn't belong there. There are neighbors constantly partying in the parking lot. ...One of them decided to put a home stereo system in their garage so everyone could enjoy his music. The security door isn't secure, because it's never closed. So, if you want to live in a three story trailer park, come to Greystone!
