There are two elementary schools within walking distance and the property neighbors the regional Hardwood Creek Trail. Heat and water/ sewer are included in the rent. I have lived in this community for almost 3 years now. It's a nice quite community. I feel the rent is very fair where we live. I have never been given any surprise charges. They let me know about anything that is coming months ahead of time. My yearly renters increase only went up 8 dollars. Which I know about ahead of time. In all the time I've lived in one of there buildings I have only received 2 infractions. One for my kids running through the halls, and one for not cleaning up after my dog. Both of which they were right to give me the infractions, but non came with a fee it was just a warning. I can honestly say that they communicate very well with my needs. I usually have only delt with cheryl but whenever I call, whoever is at the other end of the phone has always been able to help or get someone who can. I can honestly say I have no complaints about the owner or management. Easy to work with honest and upfront. My family outgrew my apartment and they helped find something for me within there community that fit the needs of my family within 2 months time. I only had to transfer my lease over so there was no huge cost there either. Great neighbors. I recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home. Very very friendly managment.

I love living here! Kinda pricey but if their outdoor pool was one we could use all year round than the price would be fine.Very clean and always decorated for the holidays.
