I was extremely pleased with my time at The Outlook apartments. The cleanliness was comfortable, they were always keeping the entry and common areas safe and clean, the location was near everything I needed to get to. The property management team was fantastic, always helpful and responsive. Oh and the amenities were fantastic—I particularly loved the rooftop patio and the stunning views. Highly recommend this spot for a great living experience!

I gotta say The Outlook is a excellent way of living and super efficient and convenient for anyone living inside the city. I lived all over the united States and west coast having more luxury apartments then the east coast I gotta say outlook puts in their work above the rest. People fail to realize this complex just opened up a few years ago and have grown every year from stories I've heard and as well as first hand experience of me living there for almost a year and eager to sign another lease. It's more then a honor and a privilege to live at such a complex that is on top of its game and offers so much more then the others over pricing their complex. The Outlook Complex and The Nest Communities make sure everyone eats and stays satisfied. I look up to the professionalism of the leasing office and as well the management team. Kaylin and Tammy yall are Rockstars and truly feel at home whenever anything arrose to the occasion. To anyone that has a bias opnion the facts are in the pudding and you must come see for yourself! Everything your looking for in a Luxurious way of living in reasonable/realistic budget for being as close to the commons....The Outlook is your best bet to make a home and or a quick lease for a year or less.

I've really enjoyed living at the Outlook Apartments. The location is perfect, with easy access to campus and nearby stores, I drink my coffee up on the roof top terrace. The apartments are new which is good for me, modern and spacious. The gym is well-equipped. The management team is responsive and friendly, making the experience even better. Rent is fair, the quality and convenience make it worth it. Highly recommend for any student in Ithaca!

I recently moved out of The Outlook Apartments and want to share a bit about my experience. I loved my apartment and will miss the convenience of having a gym and parking on the property. The team was always friendly, and I enjoyed doing everything online—very convenient. I highly recommend The Outlook Apartments!
