I lived at Aldea from 2013-2020. I had a great experience the entire time. The staff is always friendly and went above and beyond to make my son and I feel like family while living there. The maintenance too is very friendly and very efficient with any issues, which were alwats fixed quickly... I’m a single mother and felt safe living there for 7 years. The grounds are always maintained and clean. Barbecues throughout. The pool area is a resort style feeling with palm trees, barbecues, cleaned often, and open 24 hours. The apartment homes are up to date and I loved having a split floor plan. I know people who live in other apartment communities nearby and pay about the same, Aldea is by far a better quality and much cleaner. The area is perfect, right by the freeway, dining, movie theaters, and a lot of new development. I loved living at Aldea, it’s definitely the best apartment community, and most friendly, that I have ever lived in.

1st month living here. They are great from the start. We needed a few small maintenance things done and we put in for a request and got the service right away. 24hr pool and gym very convenient. Complex is well maintained. Some people may think its a little too pricy BUT well worth it. Aldea at Estrella Falls is a great team. Keep up the good work.
