Kitchen looks great. Great new oak hardwood floors. Coin laundry in basement along with bike storage. Cats okay. No dogs. I care about the spaces I have created and high attention to was paid to details. I work hard to keep spaces clean and tenants happy. Building has great and respectful tenants. Conveniently located near main bus lines and pink line EL stop at Ashland. Also, Spoke and Bird Bakehouse, located right next door. I am looking for the right tenant to occupy this new space. Extra storage available.

Everything redone with new plumbing, electric, kitchen and new bathrooms. One of a kind urban space in best block of Pilsen. Tenant pays gas and electric. New coin operated laundry room and bike storage downstairs. I care about the spaces I have created and high attention to was paid to details. I work hard to keep spaces clean and tenants happy. Building has great and respectful tenants. Conveniently located near main bus lines and pink line EL stop at Ashland. I am looking for the right tenant to occupy this nice space. Cats are okay. No dogs. If you don't yet know about Pilsen then you should; it's the last great neighborhood in Chicago.
