Great place to stay. Very clean and the views are spectacular. The pool is a great added touch and you are a bit isolated from the downtown crazy but only a 2 minute drive down N Marginal to get downtown. The people are really friendly and management is extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Really a great place to live! I definitely recommend.

I am a current resident of this building and have lived here since it opened back in 2004. Obviously I love it....or I would have moved years ago! The building and location are very unique located right on the shoreline of Lake Erie. The views are OUTSTANDING!!! Sunsets are beautiful and create a calming peaceful setting to come home to after a long day! There is a backyard with benches, picnic tables and BBQ grills that you can sit and watch the sailboats go by. And a very nice resort style pool with a bar, cabana, tables with umbrellas and comfy thick padded lounger chairs to relax. The location is very close to downtown but yet is somewhat secluded and private. Your "neighbors" are Lake Erie to the north, the freeway to the south, a yacht club to the west, and 5 acres of grassy field to the east (often with sheep during the summer, as part of the Urban Grazing Program). Going downtown for work, or events is quick and easy but yet when you come home there is a certain amount of privacy that you don't get in the Warehouse District, the Flats, or other areas right downtown. Yes there is a certain amount of noise from the freeway, and an occasional jet taking off from Burke. But with the thick concrete walls of an almost hundred year old building and the super thick glass windows it really isn't that noticeable. It's also difficult to hear your neighbors, who generally are quiet and respectable. And if somebody does turn the music up too loud, a call to the Security guards will prompt a warning. Living here has a sense of community with nice neighbors, the girls in the office are great, and the after hours security guys are a great bunch of guys who are willing to help with any issues you might encounter. Maintenance is quick to take care of a problem especially if it's a serious one. My toilet handle broke and within a couple hours of reporting it the guy was there to fix it! I've lived here under all 3 ownerships and have seen quite a few changes over the years. The current ownership and management team are located right here in Cleveland which means a lot. Since taking over they have been busy with improvements and are remodeling the 2nd floor parking area into more apartments. It is very cool to watch this transformation taking place. I have found the current ownership to be very transparent and upfront, and am pleased to have them as the new building management company. I would highly recommend this place and am pleased to still be living here. PROS: Location, location location!!! Breathtaking views, Party room, Fitness center, Meeting room with free wi-fi, lobby area, package delivery, indoor parking, indoor car wash, bike racks, storage lockers, boardwalk, pool, BBQs, pet friendly, security, gated lot, units have 14' high ceilings, tall windows to capture the view, very unique floor plans, in suite washer and dryers, granite countertops, stainless appliances, cable included, trash room on each floor, extra laundry room on each floor. Great neighbors and office staff. CONS: High fee for paying rent with credit card. No security guards after 2am. Outdoor free parking is limited. No shops within walking distance. Nearest bus stop is across the freeway. Isolated privacy comes at a cost. And sometimes living right on the shoreline during a storm can be tough.... exciting tho to watch the waves crashing over the shore... but tough to be outdoors at times.
