I went on a tour here a few days ago and had an awesome experience! The staff tended to all of my questions and were very knowledgeable! Once my lease is up at my current property I will definitely pay them another visit. The grounds were so beautiful and they offered some cool amenities

An UPSTANDING resident/tenant. I Been living here since 3/2023. I just renew my lease here at Hilltops for another year. Looking forward to another GREAT wonderful years with Brooklynn aka Lynn along with all the staffs here at Hilltops. They were all very professional attentive knowledgeable and helpful. I am so glad to have Lynn as Assistant Manager here at Hilltops. Will highly RECOMMEND!!

The Hilltops Apartments is an incredible place to live. The staff are professional amazing & extremely helpful with your experience from leasing process, maintenance is outstanding. All the amenities are excellent & here were are for a Wine day Wednesday for drinks & food with other residents & just relaxing with meeting other residents. What a blast!!!! They host community events all the time. I absolutely love living here. I moved from Austin las November & renewed my lease due everything I mentioned. The move in process was super quick and easy. Came in on a Saturday and was moved in by Thursday. Samantha was very helpful and super sweet. So far we are loving it!

I’ve been a resident here for a couple of months. I was searching all over Conroe primarily for a place to move closer to work, but this was much more than that. Kayla, the leasing consultant, was super helpful and answered all the questions I had. It didn’t matter if it was the same question a couple days apart, or if called two to three times a day just to make sure of different things. She was very insightful and helped me feel right at home. Other people on staff, such as Tammy the manager and Brooklyn the assistant manager, were also helpful in answering questions and helping me get established at this amazing place. Not only that, but they are super pet friendly, and encourage a good environment pets. They also advertise many opportunities for social events on the property, such as food trucks and other gatherings. It has been a very relaxing and incredible time since I’ve moved here, and I highly recommend this location and team!

This place is a gem! The pool is always clean as well as the whole office, the apartments give off a warm homey feeling, the ladies in the office are always so welcoming and go above and beyond, and the community is relaxing and friendly. I couldnt recommend this place enough! Come check out this place and ask for Kayla, she will listen and find you the perfect home that fits all your needs!
