I appreciate the sense of belonging and camaraderie within our community, as well as the convenience and amenities it offers. The apartments are very spacious and pragmatically planned. The management team is excellent and very efficient. Couldn't have asked for more!

Stacie, the leasing consultant and Jason, the maintenance man were very nice and easy to work with. Anything that needed fixing was fixed quickly. The apartment was beautiful and it was very handy to have a garage for my car. My apartment faced the woods, instead of the road, which actually was a cheaper choice. I saw deer on a daily basis and would often see turkey and fox. Hornell has many walking trails, and many "nature" things near by such as Letchworth State Park and Stony Brook State Park and the Finger Lakes. Rochester is easy to get to if you need a bigger city to shop at. I had a great experience living at Fairlawn Hills. I will truly miss living there.
