Taylor and Matt were amazing, as ever. Absolutely dynamite. Birge and Held needs to pay them better, especially considering where we live. COL in Fort Collins isn't even somewhat comparable to COL in Indianapolis. My kitchen lights are awesome and all of my thermostats work great. These guys deserve better, as does everyone else who works here.

This place feels like home with so many amenities! It is the only apartment complex in Fort Collins with its own climbing gym and it is so quiet here! Close to all the nature areas, The beautiful Edora park and if you like trails, you will love it here! 10 minute bike ride to CSU:)
