Johanna went way beyond helping me sign all the papers and transferring everything to the new apartment. She was very detailed, helpful, and patience. She is definitely a delight. Cesar in maintenance is always very prompt and helpful. Lolita made this stressful situation very easy. She answered all my questions. All three of them were always patience, encouraging, and courteous. I’m not moving again!!!

I’ve lived at The Gates Of Allen Station for nearly two years now, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to stay. The staff here is fantastic, and I have to give a special shoutout to Johanna! She has been so helpful, informative, and incredibly welcoming. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel comfortable enough to be yourself, and she’s been amazing at that. I’m naturally very bubbly, which not everyone responds to well, but Johanna embraces it with a friendly smile and genuine support. Overall, the service from the team here has been top-notch, and the community they foster has made this feel like home for me. I truly plan on staying for the long haul. Keep up the amazing work, ladies!
