Bellingham has been one of the best experiences I have had staying in an apartment community. I sold my house after many years and thought it was going to be difficult making the transition back into an apartment community, but was pleasantly surprised. The upgrades are great, the apartment was more spacious than I anticipated, the maintenance staff is very responsive and the property manager can be very accommodating. it is simply a really nice community. You also have access to every modern convenience based on the location . Think I will stay a while.

The staff at Bellingham Apartments is top notch! The manager Kimberly is always very nice and answers any questions or concerns with accuracy and professionalism. I recently met the new assistant manager Dylan. He handled my questions concerning my rental statement and explained the changes with great knowledge. He's definitely a great fit for the property. The team of Maintenance will definitely go above and beyond while addressing any maintenance issue I may have. Stephanie even called after the request was completed to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Raymond immediately called in an outside contractor before leaving my apartment to make sure to put me on schedule to have my peeling tub resurfaced for the following day and even explained the procedure to me. Great communication from the maintenance staff is greatly appreciated. The grounds look awesome as well! Thank you to Mr Jelani for all the hard work he puts in to make sure the grounds look immaculate! I will definitely be renewing my lease next month due to the top-notch professionalism I have received. Thank you all for all that you do.
