Hi. I really like it here at Parkview Apartments. The staff is extremely helpful, the accommodations are very nice, and when you have a problem, they jump right on it and fix it. You can’t ask for a much better experience. For example, I was having problems with my air conditioner in my unit, and I called maintenance. They were running behind schedule, they came out anyway, and got the unit up and running and change the filter as well. They discovered there was no filter in the unit, and Marvin went out of his way to replace it. He was excellent. Once again, I love it here at Parkview Apartments, and I think you will too. Once again, i had work done on our heating and cooling unit. The gentleman who stopped by today spent close to 3 hours working continuously on our heating and cooling unit. He thoroughly cleaned all coils, and had both our inside unit, as well as the outside unit completely taken apart. I could hear him using forced air to clean parts of the outside unit and in one case, he used water from our kitchen sink to clean some part of our inside unit. He was very friendly, and I assure you he was most dedicated to the task. He did say that we need a thinner filter installed on our inside unit, but he probably told you that as well. I am completely satisfied by his work and dedication to the task. Of course I don’t know much about heating and cooling repairs, but I can assure you he examined our unit thoroughly, and it will probably run very well for a long time to come.
