This unit includes one off-street parking space in the back of the building. Prime Cathedral Hill location walking distance from W.A. Frost, Red Cow, La Grolla and Moscow on the Hill. Less than a 5 minute drive from downtown St. Paul. $500 deposit if credit is 650+ Otherwise, deposit is equal to one month's rent. Cats are okay with a $50/month pet fee per.
