We (my boyfriend and I) loved living at Ashton Green, and would still be living there if we hadn’t moved to Arizona. This was our first rental experience and it was amazing. Property was clean, maintenance was always quick within 24 hours, and it’s right across from the beautiful Cedar Park. Micheal and Sherita are responsive and kind to their tenants. Sherita even helped us out by picking up a a very important package that had been accidentally sent to our old address once we moved to Arizona- unreal and so thoughtful. They go above and beyond, while always maintaining a chill attitude. I would suggest anyone to live here, it was the best!

Update: I’m updating my review to reflect the improvements at this property. My previous review was based on previous staff and conditions. Ashton Green has a whole new team and they are awesome! Things have improved 100%. The new manager, Michael is excellent! He is friendly, fair, and professional. He listens and he gets things done. The new maintenance team is experienced, friendly, and professional. There has been a positive turn around. When I first arrived to this property, things were not good. However, the new team has worked hard to improve things. They even have a great new landscaping team. Keep up the good work!
