We've been here almost a year after downsizing from our large home. We are overall quite happy and satisfied with our move to Kenilworth. Beyond the updated apartment, the pools, the saunas, the clubhouse and the gym are high quality amenities, along with the look and feel of the place...the mature trees, the walking spaces, the water treatments.
From the moment I moved in, I felt right at home. The community is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and charming architecture that gives a cozy neighborhood feel. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with thoughtful touches like updated appliances and stylish finishes. The management team is incredibly friendly and responsive, always going above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction.

I recently renewed my lease here at Kenilworth. The process was painless and was expedited by assistance from the Kenilworth office. I am very happy to be living here.
Dominique was a joy to tour with, a lovely person very knowledgeable very pleasant. I met another lovely young lady, Merise who seemed very pleasant as well.
The grounds were beautiful and the apartments well appointed. Beautiful job of updating.
My apartment is large by today's standards. The grounds are beautiful and the pools and clubhouse are so gorgeous. Management is responsive and friendly. I feel safe living here. My only wish is that there was more parking available. If each apartment was assigned one space in front of their home it would be perfection and I would never want to leave.

I don't live here (yet), but I toured the place today and it went well. My main concern was that the units we saw had the washer and dryer in the bedroom, and in one of the units, the washer and dryer was sideways and not very accessible. I was also overwhelmed by the smell in the apartments due to the scents they have going in there. It was so strong I had to leave to go get a mask (and it's a good thing I had one with me or I wouldn't have been able to complete the tour).
Otherwise, the units were fairly spacious (aside from the master bedroom not having an extra closet or a walk-in), the outdoor spaces are beautiful, and they even have an indoor pool and a yoga room (with exercise balls) as well as a workout room.
Management was very kind and respectful, although since I don't live there I don't know how quick they are with maintenance requests.
Moving into Kenilworth has been better than I expected. The apartments are not only conveniently located and in a safe area, with easy access to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and pharmacies; but they are also spacious and well taken care of. The leasing office is newly remodeled, and very nice, it includes a resident library, two saunas (men/women), two pools, indoor and out, and a spacious sitting area and stage, perfect for the functions throughout the week. The grounds are adorable, with small streams and ponds throughout. Water fowl and lots of birds also call Kenilworth home, and make walks even more enjoyable. The Kenilworth staff are not only incredibly friendly, but they make leasing and maintenance on the apartments easy. I thoroughly enjoy that the complex puts on weekly get togethers in the club house, such as happy hour, bingo, pizza nights, and live music. It brings tenants together, and has allowed me to meet some wonderful people who I now know by name, and call friends. Overall, my experience of living at Kenilworth has been wonderful, and I'm very happy to call this place my home!

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services from Keniworth apartments. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting with them and I strongly recommend their property for anyone looking for housing. I couldn’t be happier!
