Hailey the manager is awesome and very attentive! As a business owner myself, Waterford park management and staff has been exceptional during my time here so far. Maintenance has been always fast and spot on will of the requests. I've been very impressed by how well kept the landscaping and pool grounds are all the time. They really go above and beyond to make my experience pleasurable. Their attention to detail is impeccable and I cant ask to live in a better place than here. Highly recommend 10/10.

I have been a resident for almost 2 years and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my apartment. Maintenance orders are handled extremely fast and Maintenance staff is extremely professional. The office staff is pleasant. Hope to stay here a few more years if I can afford jt. I have one of the best units in the complex. 10/10 Would recommend. Much more space than these "new builds"
